Track your heart for hours, not minutes

Long-term heart rate monitoring with BLE chest straps — HRV analysis, smart alerts, fitness tests, and CSV/PDF export. Built for extended sessions, not just workouts.

Chest heart rate strap

Everything you need for long-term monitoring

From automatic background recording to advanced HRV analysis and structured fitness testing — all stored locally on your device.

Heart rate recording

Connect a BLE chest strap (Polar, Wahoo, and others with the standard Heart Rate Service). Sessions start automatically when HR data arrives and continue in the background. Supports HR-only and HR + RR interval modes.

History & HRV analysis

Every session is saved locally. Open a session to see heart rate charts, HRV metrics (RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50), frequency and nonlinear analysis, Poincaré plot, RR histogram, connection gaps, and user events.

Export & share

Export any session as CSV (raw samples and RR intervals) or PDF summary to analyze in a spreadsheet or share with your doctor.

Fitness tests

Structured walk and squat tests with preparation and recovery phases. The app estimates load tolerance and heart-rate recovery, compares results to your personal baseline, and shows trends over time.

Alerts & settings

Configurable notifications for high/low heart rate, sensor disconnect, missing data, and low phone battery during recording. Language and accent color can be changed in Settings.

Your data stays on device

All recordings, test results, and HRV data are stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers — your data stays private.

Four steps to get started

From strap to insights in minutes — recording starts automatically when data arrives.

  1. 1

    Connect your chest strap

Scan for sensors with the standard Heart Rate Service (0x180D). Works with Polar, Wahoo, ThinkRider, Magene, Garmin, and more. Wear the strap and keep it close.

  2. 2

    Record in the background

Sessions start automatically when HR data arrives. Lock the screen — recording continues with alerts for high/low HR, disconnects, and low battery.

  3. 3

    Review charts & HRV

Open History to see heart rate charts, HRV metrics, Poincaré plot, RR histogram, connection gaps, and user events — all from your session data.

  4. 4

    Export or run fitness tests

Export sessions as CSV or PDF to analyze data or share with your doctor. Or run structured walk and squat tests with recovery tracking.

Structured load & recovery testing

Each test measures how your heart responds to controlled load and how quickly it recovers — peak HR, HRR 1 & 3 min, and HRV during 6 min rest.

6-minute walk test

Prep → walk in place or brisk walk → lie down 6 min recovery

Load tolerance, heart-rate recovery, and trends over time — not a medical diagnosis.

Squat test

Prep → squats → lie down 6 min recovery

Personalized load recommendations based on your profile and health limitations. Compare results to baseline and track trends weekly.

Works with your chest strap

BLE chest straps with standard Heart Rate Service (UUID 0x180D). Wear the strap, moisten electrodes if needed, and keep within a few metres.

Note: Optical wrist watches and armbands without the standard Heart Rate Service over BLE are not supported. ANT-only devices are also not supported.

Important: Heart Control is for wellness and fitness self-monitoring only. It does not diagnose diseases or replace medical advice. Consult a doctor before exercise testing if you have cardiovascular or other health conditions.
